Concord Has Much To Offer To New Home Buyers

New Homes Builder

Concord was first settled in 1750 and is located near the center of Cabarrus County, twenty miles northeast of Charlotte. The name “Concord” means harmony.

A few years ago, the City of Concord implemented the "Partnerships for Stronger Neighborhoods" program. This program is designed to enhance the lives of residents in the neighborhoods in the city, increasing the quality of both life and events for those calling Concord home. Through volunteer city staff liaisons appointed to work directly with neighborhoods requesting participation in the program, strong communication is established between city government and the citizens it serves which contributes to making this Concord one of the most sought-after communities for homebuyers in the regional real estate market. Choices are diverse, offering modest homes to multi-million dollar estates.
